Supporting Resources

The Brief:

To create supporting resources for new hires and existing employees.

The Results:

As part of the instructional design process for all of my training sessions I considered whether a supporting resource was necessary.

These resources may be needed as part of the session - for example, roleplay cards - or a takeaway resource -such as reference guides - that they could refer to at any time.

They are available in hard copy and digital so that employees have easy access.

80% of new hires in 2019 said that they found the materials provided helpful to be able to do their job.
