Leading at Gousto
The Brief:
Create a programme for managers at Gousto from C-Suite to entry level. Training needs to be accessible for remote, in-office and factory based managers. Reset the standard of what it means to be a manager at Gousto.
The Process:
I surveyed managers and spoke with C-Suite, VPs and Directors to understand their experience levels. We determined that there should be a blended approach and that we wanted managers to be able to access content and sign up via Cornerstone OnDemand.
The Results:
I designed a number of self-serve elearning courses on topics such as: effective 121s, performance reviews, employee engagement and personal development plans. We then created cohorts to for facilitated in-person learning on the core fundamentals of being a manager at Gousto. This allowed the space for them to learn and connect with other managers. I also created a brochure so it was easy for them to see the content available to them and sign up.
