Board Game

The Brief:

To create a new and engaging way to test Customer Service, Sales and Design Support teams on their knowledge and skills.

The Process:

MOO’s brand is fun and playful so I wanted to create a game as a new way of learning.

I partnered with SMEs and leadership to determine common themes that should be covered. I also observed members of each team to get to know their learning styles and the types of requests they handle on a daily basis.

The Results:

I designed a board game that can be used by all three teams from agent to director level. It’s adaptable as you can choose from a variety of question cards depending on the audience and can be used to test retention of knowledge or when new products, processes/policies or software are introduced.
